HH can’t lie, State House clarifies Speaker contradiction on Bill 7 vote
STATE House says President Hakainde Hichilema couldn’t have lied about four former UPND MPs voting against Bill 7, saying a Bill passes through several stages and people should not only focus on the televised proceedings.
