UPND has done well on CDF, free education – Bishop Lungu
CHIPATA Diocese Bishop George Lungu has commended President Hakainde Hichilema and the UPND government for implementing the Constituency Development Fund (CDF) and other initiatives such as free education. Bishop Lungu says it is important for people to acknowledge when government is working and not lie to each other that they have not done well. Addressing congregants recently, Bishop Lungu noted that in constituencies where there is unity, people have undertaken “massive” development.
