POLICE in Kabwe have arrested James Thole, a UPND cadre, for disrupting a public gathering for Tonse’s National Reconciliation Party for Unity and Prosperity (NRPUP). Recently, Thole allegedly descended on NRPUP Katondo Ward candidate Charles Chileshe, damaging a speaker and other properties, actions that were condemned by the Electoral Commission of Zambia (ECZ).
