Economy grew by 7.7% in Q1, as inflation drops
THE country has recorded a 7.7 percent economic growth rate in the first quarter of 2026 compared to 4.5 percent in the same period in 2025. The country has also recorded a drop in the annual inflation rate for June 2026 by 0.1 percentage point, from 6.6 percent in May to 6.5 percent.
