UPND Deputy Spokesperson Elvis Nkandu says the recently launched Socialist Party (SP) manifesto is a copy and paste of the UPND manifesto. He has pointed out that while the SP is promising to create 500,000 jobs, the UPND is targeting over one million jobs by 2031.
