TEAM Zambia has officially been handed the national flag and the hopes of over 20 million citizens ahead of the Glasgow 2026 Commonwealth Games, with Ministry of Sport Permanent Secretary, Kangwa Chileshe challenging the 22-member delegation to compete with courage, discipline, and pride. At a send-off ceremony hosted at the British High Commissioner’s Residence, Kangwa emphasised that Zambia’s participation in the Games carries greater meaning than medals alone.
