TONSE-Pamodzi Alliance observer Professor Nkandu Luo says despite arriving in Dubai late, it does not sit well with the opposition monitors that they missed the verification of the presidential ballot template before printing started. However, the Electoral Commission of Zambia has reminded the team that all participating political parties were invited well in advance to witness the printing exercise and were even offered assistance with visa processing for nominated monitors.
