Tonse laments after missing first part of ballot printing
TONSE-Pamodzi Alliance observer Professor Nkandu Luo says despite arriving in Dubai late, it does not sit well with the opposition monitors that they missed the verification of the presidential ballot template before printing started. However, the Electoral Commission of Zambia has reminded the team that all participating political parties were invited well in advance to witness the printing exercise and were even offered assistance with visa processing for nominated monitors. Professor Luo arrived in Dubai on Wednesday alongside Kasonde Mwenda and Enock Tonga, all under the Tonse Alliance umbrella led by Brian Mundubile, to monitor the ongoing ballot printing exercise.
