FORMER Zambia Congress of Trade Unions (ZCTU) president Leonard Hikaumba has warned civil servants to take threats against them from Brian Mundubile seriously. Recently, Mundubile, who is NRPUP presidential candidate, said he has given civil servants who are supporting UPND one month to change their conduct, saying his government plans to reform the civil service once in power.
