Trump alleges China orchestrated the largest hack of U.S. election infrastructure ever, claiming the “deep state” buried the truth

BREAKING: Trump admits on live TV his own government hid intelligence from him because he was too stupid to keep a secret

Trump just told the entire country that his own intelligence agencies didn’t trust him enough to brief him.

In a prime-time address Thursday night, Trump claimed that during his first term, dozens of significant CIA and NSA reports about China were deliberately kept out of his presidential daily briefing. He said one analyst admitted the briefing was “deliberately massaged” and that an FBI official described running a “shadow government” to keep information away from him.

Think about what he is actually saying. The President of the United States is complaining that the people responsible for America’s most sensitive secrets looked at him and decided he could not be trusted with them.

He Told On Himself

Trump meant it as an attack on the “deep state.” What he actually delivered was a confession.

This is the same man who shared highly classified intelligence with Russian officials in the Oval Office. The same man who stored boxes of classified documents in a Mar-a-Lago bathroom. If career intelligence officers really were careful about what landed on his desk, Trump just spent a prime-time address explaining exactly why.

“These were briefings I would get almost every day,” he complained.

The Claims Don’t Hold Up

Trump alleged that China stole 220 million voter files and tried to manufacture illegal ballots in 2020. But the intelligence community concluded with high confidence in 2021 that Beijing did not even attempt to influence the outcome of that election.

Meanwhile, Trump has gutted the very agencies that protect our elections. He cut roughly 1,100 employees from CISA, shut down its election security programs, and dismantled the bipartisan Election Assistance Commission just days ago.

He is tearing down election security while claiming to be its biggest victim.

Trump wanted America to hear a story about a conspiracy against him. Instead, America heard a president admit that his own government considered him a security risk. Some things you just can’t spin.
