A MTENDERE man has taken his neighbour to court for claiming that he had sex with her and did not pay her afterwards. He also said that his neighbour, Ngonga Phiri, has a habit of removing her clothes completely and being naked in his presence. And in her defence, Ngonga, who did not deny the claim, said she could not recall what had happened because she was drunk, but acknowledged that she may have made the statements attributed to her on both occasions.
