A 27-YEAR-OLD woman of Meanwood has dragged her partner to the Chelstone Local Court seeking a restraining order to stop him from threatening to kill her whenever they quarrel. Elizabeth Machila told Magistrate Charity Milambo that although she and Mathews Mulenga love each other and want to continue living together, she no longer feels safe because of his repeated death threats. In his defence, Mulenga, 28, of Mtendere Compound, said he only said those words once and did not mean them, explaining that he was hurt after his wife refused to accompany him to work and return home together.
