ZESCO says Zambia is now a construction site for energy projects, showing the drive by the utility company to achieve the 10,000 MW vision set by government. ZESCO Chief Operating Officer Fitzpatrick Kapepe said this in Southern Province, Choma, during a media tour of energy projects under construction. The projects that were visited include two 2.5 MW solar plants at Chikuni and Rusangu in Monze and the 120 MW Cooma plant and the 35 MW Muzuma plant in Choma.
