THE Road Development Agency (RDA) says the construction of the weigh-in-motion weighbridge along the Chingola-Kasumbalesa Road has been completed. And RDA Chief Communications and Corporate Affairs Manager Anthony Mulowa says the Kakoso Bridge, which is located along the Chingola-Kasumbalesa Road, that was washed away early this year has been reinstated.
