THE National Olympic Committee of Zambia (NOCZ), through the National Olympic Academy, has rallied athletes, schools, sports federations, and members of the public to embrace the power of physical activity during the Olympic Day 2026 celebrations. The event, held under the global theme “You Can Do This!”, featured an Olympic Day Run, mass aerobics, fun movement sessions, sporting activities, and recreational games designed to encourage people of all ages to adopt active and healthy lifestyles.
