Chisamba Phase II reaches 96 percent completion
KALUNGWISHI Power Corporation Senior Project Manager Brian Kanyanga says the construction of the 100-megawatt Chisamba Phase II solar power plant has reached 96 percent completion and will be commissioned by July 15, 2026. Meanwhile, ZESCO Director of Project Planning Francis Namakanda says the Chisamba Phase II has set a record, by taking only seven months to complete.
