.. amid credible info talks between Harry and Mundubile have heightened up to join forces
Citizens First (CF) leader Harry Kalaba says it’s okay for the party’s Roan parliamentary candidate Chishimba Kambwili to endorse his fellow opposition competitor Brian Mundubile in the August 13, 2026 general elections, amid credible information that talks between the two presidential candidates have heightened with the aim of joining forces.
On Monday during Mundubile’s NRPUP campaign rally in Mporokoso, Northern Province, Kambwili made an appearance together with Mundubile and his running-mate Makebi Zulu at which he announced that he was endorsing the Tonse/Pamodzi alliance leader for the presidency.
Kambwili said he had nothing against Kalaba, but was living in the reality that the political wind right now was blowing in Mundubile’s favour as the main opposition competitor to President Hakainde Hichilema and the ruling UPND.
