Over 300,000 companies fail to file annual returns – PACRA
PACRA says over 300,000 businesses do not comply with statutory requirements by filing annual returns. The Patents and Companies Registration Agency says it published the list and introduced a waiver to the non-compliant companies in 2025, but the response was not as expected. Speaking during a media briefing, Monday, PACRA Director of Corporate Planning and Compliance Sunbuzwayo Zimba said businesses were required to submit annual returns within 90 days after the end of each financial year.
