ZERO FAVOUR BEEN ACCORDED TO ME BY THE MAGISTRATE JUDGE

Seen my name being abused by usual hijackers mercenaries. There was no favour accorded to me by Judge Milumbe. On the day I could not make it to court as was not feeling too well, I asked my lawyer and surity to go state so.
The Judge objected unless an authentic sick not from a doctor was presented within an hour or he was going to get the surity that was present remanded. The doctor who had been attending to me relessed the sick note and that is how case was adjourned to August.
The month long or so adjournments have not been unusual or unprecedented in this case . In April way before Parliament dissolved and I was scheduled to attend the Pan African Parliament sessions in South Africa, my lawyer made this be known to the Judge and he granted a far date of over a month for the next hearing.
Not to forget that it is in this case that I was slapped with what now stands as the most expensive bail price that has ever been pegged in Zambia at K1,000,000.
Then in the day, I was in remand prison hours after the bail was granted because my surity letter of introductions from Lusaka City Council spelt his name Chrispin instead of Crispin as stated on his NRC. The Judge refused to sign papers for that reason and it was until a new letter was redone from the Council did the Judge sign my bail papers.
So Judge Milumbe never gave me any favours. I have been obeying and acting on all the rulings or guidance he has passed since the case commenced. I am an obedient law abiding citizen. From day one, I did not dream or expect any favours from the Judge because I was and still confident that I am innocent of the charge. My lawyers have been and will continue to argue according to facts and the law that I did not commit the offense and confident will be vindicated.
Those who cook up lies or propaganda and weaponsied their cult audience to believe them, hardly make anyone win any elections. Chawama constituency where I was cited for a cyber crime and now in Court, is a good example. Hijackers and propagandists lost there to my candidate and campaign team.

On my part, I humble myself before all law enforcement government institutitons and dont approach the Judiciary with the ‘do you know who I am’ persona or syndrome.
My name should therefore be spared and abused for cheap politicking laced with default hatred lenses. This so because I am busy focussing on my next semi final football match next week so we make it to the finals and win the tournament.
