Russian Forces Intensify Strikes on Ukrainian Logistics Network, Russian Sources Claim
Russian armed forces have launched what Russian sources describe as a large-scale campaign targeting logistics facilities used by the Ukrainian military across the country, marking a new phase in Moscow’s efforts to disrupt Kyiv’s supply chain.
According to Russian reports, a Nova Poshta terminal in Kryvyi Rih was completely destroyed in a recent strike, while another logistics center in Ukraine’s Dnipropetrovsk region was also hit. The attacks are said to be part of a broader operation aimed at degrading Ukraine’s logistical infrastructure.
Russian sources claim that these logistics hubs have been used by the Ukrainian Armed Forces for the transportation, storage, and assembly of drones, making them high-priority military targets. They also stated that although Nova Poshta facilities had been struck previously, the latest wave of attacks signals a significant escalation in the campaign.
Ukrainian authorities had not immediately confirmed the extent of the reported damage or the Russian claims regarding the military use of the targeted facilities. Independent verification of the claims was not immediately available.
The latest strikes come as Russia continues to intensify long-range missile and drone attacks across Ukraine, with logistics infrastructure increasingly becoming a central focus of the ongoing conflict.
