Vicious Paraguayan senator won’t stop. She escalated her beef with KYLIAN Mbappé by playing the feminine card and asking for an apology
A new twist in the Mbappé saga!
Paraguayan Senator Celeste Amarilla has published an open letter to Kylian Mbappé following his response to her controversial remarks about the French national team.
She begins by denying any anti-French sentiment:
“I have never said anything against France. On the contrary, I support France. I attended a French school from the age of two until I was seventeen.”
She mentions her recent holidays:
“Last Christmas, I spent the holidays with my family in Courchevel, and we welcomed the New Year in Saint-Tropez. This has nothing to do with France. THE PROBLEM IS WITH YOU.”
She addresses Mbappé’s comments made during the match:
“Your arrogance and contempt angered me well before the match, when you said: ‘If we have to get our hands dirty, then let’s do it.’ We understood perfectly well that by ‘dirty,’ you meant the Paraguayan team.”
She also claims he shouted an insult during the game:
“Without even covering your mouth, you shouted ‘La concha de tu madre’—an extremely offensive insult in Latin America, and you know it.”
She also criticizes his attitude toward the Paraguayan goalkeeper:
“You refused to shake his hand and shouted your victory in his face.”
She admits to having reacted “in the heat of the moment”:
“My posts were written in the heat of the moment (…). I immediately regretted responding to you with the same insults I receive myself (…), so I deleted the post.”
She demands an apology and threatens legal action:
“I am a senator of the Paraguayan nation, elected by the people (…).” “Who are you to call me unworthy or detestable? This is an act of POLITICAL VIOLENCE against a woman (…). Retract your statements, honor your French citizenship, and apologize. Otherwise, I might take legal action for gender-based violence.”
A controversy that is escalating further.
