Court defers Nakacinda’s judgement to July 24
THE Lusaka Magistrate’s Court has deferred judgment to July 24 in a matter were Raphael Nakacinda is charged with one count of seditious practices due to the absence of the trial Magistrate. In this matter, Nakacinda is charged with seditious practices, contrary to Section 57 as read with Section 60(1)(e) of the Penal Code, Chapter 87 of the Laws of Zambia.
