NRPUP presidential candidate Brian Mundubile says Inspector General of Police Graphel Musamba must explain why officers attempted to stop his road show in Kalingalinga. Mundubile alleges that the police intended to shoot some individuals during the the NRPUP road show, questioning whether the bullet was meant for Makebi Zulu, Chifumu Banda, or himself.
