GHANA & NIGERIA DEMAND AU SUMMIT ACTION AGAINST SOUTH AFRICA’S XENOPHOBIC VIOLENCE!
In a powerful diplomatic move, Ghana and Nigeria have jointly called for the escalating wave of anti-immigrant attacks in South Africa to be urgently placed on the agenda of the next African Union Summit.
The demand came after a high-level meeting between Ghana’s Foreign Minister Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa and Nigeria’s Minister of State for Foreign Affairs Sola Enikanolaiye on the sidelines of the ECOWAS Mid-Year Summit in Freetown, Sierra Leone.
