Two husbands clash at court after marrying one woman


A BATTLE over a 20-year-old woman unfolded at the Chelstone Local Court after two men each claimed to be her rightful husband, with the woman allegedly alternating between them from one night to the next. Both men were unwilling to let the woman go, with each claiming to be her rightful husband and insisting that he had paid bride price to her parents.
