EFF THREATENS LEGAL ACTION AGAINST MBALULA OVER ALLEGED DEFAMATORY REMARKS
The Economic Freedom Fighters (EFF) has given ANC Secretary-General Fikile Mbalula 48 hours to withdraw remarks the party describes as defamatory.
The EFF is demanding a public video apology and the removal of the statements from his social media platforms, warning that failure to comply could result in legal action.

The dispute follows comments by Mbalula in which he accused the EFF of encouraging unlawful actions against foreign nationals…claims the party strongly rejects.
Mbalula has stood by his remarks, saying he will not retract what he believes to be the truth.
